About the job
Blue Lagoon Watersports is hiring a Water-Sports Staff for the summer season in Ayia Napa.
Jet-skis, parasailing and paddleboards on Nissi Beach. We train new staff in the first two weeks.
What you will do
- Work 5 days a week as part of a friendly seasonal team
- Give guests a great experience from the first hello
- Keep your area clean, stocked and ready for service
What we offer
We help with accommodation: a subsidised room in our staff housing is available. You also get: equipment / uniform, days off for skiing / beach.

- Availability: 15 May 2027 – 10 Oct 2027
No previous experience is needed. Full training is given in your first week. You must have the right to work in Cyprus (EU passport or valid visa) and be available for the full season.
