About the job
Wanaka Mountain Café is hiring a Kitchen Porter (KP) for the winter season in Wanaka.
A busy café and bakery on the lakefront, feeding skiers heading to Cardrona and Treble Cone from June to October.
What you will do
- Work 5 days a week as part of a friendly seasonal team
- Give guests a great experience from the first hello
- Keep your area clean, stocked and ready for service
What we offer
Accommodation is not included, but we can point you to landlords we trust. You also get: meals on shift.

- Work eligibility: Working holiday visa accepted
- Experience: No experience needed
- Languages: English
- Availability: 12 Jun 2027 – 10 Oct 2027
No previous experience is needed. Full training is given in your first week. You must have the right to work in New Zealand (EU passport or valid visa) and be available for the full season.
