About the job

Verbier Lodge Hostel is hiring a Barista for the winter season in Verbier.

A friendly 60-bed hostel and café in the centre of Verbier. Our crew live together, ride together and run the best fondue nights in town.

What you will do

  • Work 5 days a week as part of a friendly seasonal team
  • Give guests a great experience from the first hello
  • Keep your area clean, stocked and ready for service

What we offer

Staff accommodation is included in the package. You also get: ski / lift pass, meals on shift.

Requirements

  • Work eligibility: EU / EEA passport, Swiss / EFTA permit
  • Experience: Some experience
  • Languages: English
  • Availability: 5 Dec 2026 – 20 Apr 2027

Some previous experience in a similar role is preferred. You must have the right to work in Switzerland (EU passport or valid visa) and be available for the full season.
