1. Who we are

Seasonaire Central ("we", "us") runs this website, a marketplace that connects seasonal workers ("Seasonaires") with employers, landlords and event hosts ("Businesses"). We are not an employer, recruitment agency or landlord and we are not a party to any job, tenancy or event agreement made through the site.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details safe. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person or business per account.

3. Seasonaire accounts

Seasonaire accounts are free. You may apply to jobs, enquire about accommodation, view events and use crew features. Only apply for roles you are legally allowed to do in the country concerned.

4. Business plans & payments

Business plans (Jobs, Accommodation, Jobs + Accommodation, Events) are billed yearly in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. When you upgrade, you pay the difference for the remaining time. You can cancel at any time from your account; your plan then runs until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Listings

Businesses must only post genuine, lawful jobs, accommodation and events, with accurate pay, dates, prices and conditions. Discriminatory, misleading or unsafe listings, and listings for ski or snowboard instructing roles, are not allowed. We may edit, hide or remove any listing and suspend accounts that break these terms.

6. Messages & conduct

Use messages for genuine enquiries only. No spam, harassment or requests for payment outside a written agreement. Never ask for or send deposits to someone you have not verified.

7. Our liability

We provide the platform "as is". We do not guarantee that any job, tenancy or event will go ahead or meet expectations, and we are not liable for the acts of users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will tell registered users about material changes by email or on the site.
